I can report that the loo shortage in Bucharest doesn't appear to have eased.
One of the big pre-NATO summit concerns here was whether there'd be enough places for thousands of people to go.
The extraordinary marble-walled Parliament Palace has many things, but extensive facilities aren't among them.
I found (and used) one but by the time the summit starts the lack of conveniences might start to tell.
Don't people say it is good to go into a meeting when you're busting for the loo?
Isn't it supposed to increase the sense of urgency?
Stay tuned, we might find out if the same applies to international diplomacy.

Lets hope the toilets the NATO delegates use are in a better state than those the public have to use in Bucharest.
